We offer virtual/digitally downloadable services with a trial period. We highly recommend testing the demo of the product before making a purchase to understand its functionalities. Due to the nature of digitally downloadable goods, refunds are not possible once the files have been delivered to you, except under exceptional circumstances.

However, we guarantee a refund within 7 days, depending on the pack you have purchased from us. For the 6 Months Pro Pack, you are eligible for a full refund within 5 days, and for the 12 Months Pro Pack, you can get a full refund within 7 days.

For the 6 Months Pro Pack and the Yearly Pack, a partial refund will be applied, depending on the number of days you have used our service.

Please note that once you have requested a refund, you won't be able to subscribe to our service again in the future.
